Their Story
Every beer tells a story. Gaining inspiration from the rich County history and culture, our family-owned and operated farm brewery encompasses two 150 year-old heritage lumber buildings that were disassembled, moved and re-purposed as our bottle shop and tap room. Our large harvest tables inspire a sense of community reminiscent of a German beer garden. With 18 Parsons beers on tap, there is something for everyone, including local cider, wine and rotational guest taps. Authentic Mexican cuisine by Chef Sam Valdivia and an unstructured playground for your little ones makes for the perfect setting to while away the hours. Nestled between a field of barley and a fledgling hop yard, it doesn't get better than this. Crafted authentically, brewed sustainably and shared passionately.
